Job Description:

Office Manager will be trained on our self-storage procedures (move-ins, move-outs, showing spaces and account maintenance), rental of trucks/trailers, and retail merchandise sales. As well as keeping up rental equipment appearance, maintaining of office retail sales floor and merchandise inventory. Sales, collections and profitability are factors in bonuses. The manager will also have opportunity to work with organizations within the local business community. Attending business and organization events, meetings, fundraisers and networking for clients and business partners.

PAY: $25-$45 per hour plus bonuses

NOTE: Must be available to work 2-5 days per week as needed, our busiest days being Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Office & typical work hours are Sunday 9:30am-4:00pm and Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm, starting shift 30 mins to 1 hour before office opening.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or in progress)
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Sales, marketing, administrative and/or management experience helpful
  • Enjoy selling, follow up and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs can vary
