The rental process was easy and the manager was accommodating and informative. The facility is very clean, there are plenty of hand trucks and carts to use, which are all kept in working order...no wobbly wheels or sticky bearings... and the manager is always available if a problem arises. The only con is that it is also a U-haul rental, which is nice if you need to rent one, but at times can get pretty full of trucks and trailers, making access more challenging. However, I have only had access problems one time, and the other renters there were accommodating enough to get my car in and out quickly. The location is central and most often, I find that I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. Most importantly, they gave me a fair price on my rental unit and that's worth a lot to me. After looking around at multiple storage units and choosing Hillsboro West Side Storage, I am happy that I decided to rent there.
