Same day! If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can rent during open office hours and move in anytime during normal access hours; 6am to 9pm daily. We have a full drive-thru style facility, to accommodate the largest of freight shipments and long haul trucks. Please contact the facility staff at minimum 24hrs before large deliveries, so we can ensure and assist for access as needed. Our entrance is from SW Baseline ST, the first driveway just 80' after SW Dennis Ave. The left and right lanes traveling through the facility are for active loading and unloading, with a first in/first out rule similar to a gas staiton or airport. Please reach out with any new rental or access questions, we are happy to help.
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do ask for a 14-day notice prior to your move out date. We can also pro-rate rent payments for move outs, with an advance notice. Rents are billed on the 1st and late fees applied on the 7th of each month, so there is a 6 day window to plan your move and make payments.
We require a valid government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
All of our storage rentals are on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, use a bank/credit union bill pay service or make a payment through our website. Online account access is available for payments 24 hours/day. You may also sign up in our office or through your online account to have payments automatically made with a Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AMEX.
Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash for storage rent and there is a fee to pay over the phone, our website is the best and easiest way to manage your account, update contact information, get your access code and also make payments, setup or change autopay.
Yes! We sell lots of moving supplies in our office, as a full service U-Haul dealer with access to U-Hauls complete inventory we have a full stock of all the most common moving/storage/shipping items needed. We can also special order custom boxes, supplies, hitches and towing installion parts and accessories. Stop in, call, text or email us with question and orders.
You can either use our Size Guide tool on our website, stop in during office hours for a tour or call our team for assistance.
Food and other perishable items, flammable items, any liquids, explosives, munitions, chemicals/toxic materials, plants and other items that are organic such as wood are prohibited. We also limit other certain items such as; one set of seasonal tires per unit. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item(s).
At the time of your move-in, a unique gate access code will be issued to you providing access to the facility and your unit during gate access hours (6am-9pm 7 days a week). We also have very convenient RFID access devices available with a refundable deposit of $20 per device, these can be setup by the account owner in the store during office hours. All entrance and exit gates, facility entrance doors shutdown access and motion security alarm cameras are enabled promptly at 9pm.
Yes! You're welcome to use our complimentary flat carts, hand trucks & mattress carts here on-site for an easy move in & out. These are stored and can be found inside the facility entrances and under the stairs, we also have small rolling step ladders available for use.
The items that you store are not insured by the facility, we do require all tenants to insure their property while storing with us. Please contact your agent with coverage questions and either email, hand deliver or have your agent send us proof of your insurance at the time of your move-in. We do particpate in an auto-enroll program for coverage. If after 14 days from move-in we have not received your insurance or your policy has lapsed, we will automatically add the $11/mo policy to your rental space. Please remember to send us yearly renewals, updated policies or other changes as needed.

1. Declarations page of your homeowners, renters, business or umbrella insurance policy covering your stored items. *name on policy of insured must match storage owner*

2. Purchase a Bader Insurance policy available at the facility.
